includes detailed statistics on turnout in major Philadelphia elections since 1960.
Philadelphia League of Women Voters-The Philadelphia League of Women Voters
develops needed information on candidates for public office. It sponsors major debates between candidates in critical elections
Urban Voters Campaign- Web site of the Urban Voters Campaign, a Philadelphia project of
the Institute for the Study of Civic Values that recruited volunteers on a non-partisan basis to increase the number of people who voted in the year 2000 Presidential election.
