9. Secure Needed Public Resources-Work to insure that all levels of government have the resources needed to fulfill the obligation of government "to establish justice, insure domestic tranquillity, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity."

    City-State-Federal Budgets and Philadelphia-PhillyNeighborhoods.org updated web page on impact of City, State, and federal budget debates and the city.

    Bush Budget.com- A web page that provides comprehensive information on how the federal budgets proposed by the Bush administration affected communities throughout the United States.

    Communities Matter-A web page focused on the Obama stimulus package as it affects Philadelphia and cities throughout the country.

    Board of Revision of Taxes-The web site of the Board of Revision of Taxes, showing the Board of Revision's valuation of every property in the City.

    City Department of Revenue-Web site of the City's Revenue Department.

    Tax Lien Sale Data-The Neighborhood Information System at the University of Pennsylvania includes data for every census tract, neighborhood, zip code, and City Council District on the number of delinquent properties sold as part of lien sales in October, 2003.
