The Community Organizing Program is an outreach progam that offers technical assistance to individuals, neighborhoods and community based organizations. It provides communities throughout the city with the skillls and support, such as LIHEAP, rent rebates and other resources they need to take charge of their life. Mayors' Business Action Team (MBAT)-215-683-2100
The Mayors' Business Action Team (MBAT) provides a direct connection to business assistance, services, and programs that the City of Philadelphia and its economic development agencies offer. MBAT also seeks to attract industrial, retail and professional businesses to expand or locate to Philadelphia. In addition, MBAT brings together City departments and agencies to resolve business concerns and ensure full delivery of City services.

Behavioral Health Special Initiative-215-546-6435
Behavioral Health Special Initiative (BHSI) is a funding program for Philadelphia residents. BHSI provides funding for individuals who are uninsured and in need of drug and alcohol treatment such as detox, impatient treatment, outpatient treatment and methadone maintenance.
