MDO-Community Partnership Program: 215-686-7098
The City of Philadelphia Managing Director's Office will loan rakes, brooms, shovels and provide bags to organized community groups who are interested in cleaning up their neighborhoods. To receive a community equipment form and learn more about the program please call 215-686-7098

Philadelphia More Beautiful Cleanups: 215-686-3981
PMBC supports citizen leadership through registered Block Captains, who enlist the support of their neighbors to organize volunteer block cleaning events on designated days. PMBC provides these volunteers with the tools and supplies necessary for clearning their block and arranges for the collection of trash and debris generated from the block cleaning.

Abandoned Vehicle Program: 215-683-CARS (2277)
The City of Philadelphia Abandoned Vehicle Program will tow and dispose of abandoned vehicles. The Police Departments' Citywide Abandoned Vehicle Unit will investigate all reported vehicles and remove those determined to be abandoned by State law.

L&I Community Clean and Seal Program: 215-685-6881
The Community Clean and Seal Program assists volunteers with clean and/or sealing vacant houses and lots in their communities. All of the necessary supplies required for a clean-up, such as shovels, rakes, brooms, weed whackers, trash bags, training and supervision are provided by L&I.

MDO-Anti Graffiti Paint and Supply Voucher Program: 215-686-2024
The City of Philadelphia's Managing Director's Office will provide free paint and supplies to businesses, homeowners and organized community groups. To remove graffiti from painted surfaces. to receive a paint and supply voucher application, please call 215-686-2024, or the anti-graffiti hotline at 215-685-9556.

Graffiti Abatement Teams: 215-685-9556
The City of Philadelphia Graffiti Abatement Teams will provide community organizations, businesses and homeowners with free power-wash services to combat graffiti vandlaism from their respective properties and neighborhood.To request a release form for this service, please call the Anti-Graffiti Hotline at 215-685-9556.

Mural Arts Program: 215-686-3689
The Mural Arts Program has established a partnership with communities throughout Philadelphia to create more than 1800 murals and provide artistic opportunities to youth. If you are interested in having a mural created in your neighborhood or would like to volunteer your artistic talents in designing murals please call the Mural Arts Program.

Pennsylvania Horticultural Society/Philadelphia Green: 215-988-8800
Philadelphia Green is the community outreach program sponsored by the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society. Philadelphia Green provides materials, technical assistance and educational programs in support of organized neighborhood groups that are involved in community greening efforts.
