Submit Quality of Life Complaints Through PhillyBlocks

The Managing Director's Office has established a new service called "Eyes and Ears." It's a new, one-stop shopping complaint system that receives and tracks a wide range of quality of life complaints that are now submitted to different departments--L&I, the Police, the SWEEP Program in the Streets Department, among others.

To use this system directly, simply call 215-686-3491 and leave your complaint there or send the complaint via email to eyesandears@phila.gov. Either way, you need to leave the address where the problem is, a description of the problem, and information on how to get back to you. If you click onto the 'eyesandear@phila.gov' link above, you'll be able to email it or them directly from this web site.

We will offer an added option to any PhillyBlocks group working with the Institute for the Study of Civic Values on the Civic Values Campaign. Fill out the form below and submit it to us. We will submit the form to the Managing Director's office ourselves and keep track of their response time. That way we can work together to insure that these complaints are received and handled quickly and effecitvely.

Fill out the form below and submit it to us. We will forward it to Eyes and Ears within 24 hours.
